Sydney coffee
I am a Los Angeles Area reader/poster with a friend in Sydney. Not sure if this post if appropriate, so we'll see if the mods allow.
I want to send him some coffee. I like Sumatran, but it does not make sense to ship it from the U.S. in terms of shipping rates, carbon footprint, etc., so I'm looking for an Australian source. It can be from a coffee bar, a roaster, a strictly online local shipper, or? Obviously, they will need to let me use my credit card or Paypal. Local coffee lovers, please help.

Thanks to all. I was hoping to find some good fair trade choices and there are some available at these links. Australia is at the top of my non-U.S. travel wish list and every place I go, where to get coffee is the first puzzle to solve every day. I found a U.S. style coffee stand in Hong Kong!

Hi Susans
Check out the guys at Single Origin. They're based here in Sydney, and they are commonly awarded. They've got a fantastic cafe in the Surry Hills neighbourhood in Sydney and they supply a number of restaurants. From the looks of their website, they'll take visa or mastercard. -
You wanted roasted beans or green beans? I'd say Toby's:
