Wine Bars in Vegas

My hubby and I are going to Vegas with my best friend and her hubby. Earlier this year she visited in Costa Rica without him. So since he is a wine connoisseur I want to plan a night for him. He is truly a great guy. So any suggestions are appreciated.

La Cave at Wynn/Encore, Bubble Bar Guy Savoy at Caesars, Double Helix at Palazzo to start. If he is a wine con. you may look into restaurants with killer lists as opposed to wine bars exclusively.

I love the Wine Cellar in Rio. It's quite hard to find but worth it (far side of the casino, small entrance with limited signage). Really good range of wines, lovely atmosphere and not crowded but a great place to unwind with good company, wine and nibblies.
