If you're up for a little bit of a walk, Cham over on Cordova at Lake is a great casual "Korean bistro" (closed on Sundays). Saladang and Saladang Song on Fair Oaks are also decent for Thai food.

europane is across the street from the venue. casual, good-great baked goods and sandwiches. there's a yard house in the venue, if you like that vibe--will be packed on father's day. also an islands--ditto. there are a couple of thai restaurants within walking distance, names escape me. elements kitchen is close by, and we enjoy that place.

Elements might not be in the OP's $10-20 range, but I second Euro Pane.

If not Elements Kitchen, Elements Cafe on Fair Oaks is in that price range.
