Like cutipie said, basically make sure you heat the pan up before add the foods and make sure the foods are not frozen cold. Butter/Ghee also help in term of keep the foods from sticking to the pan.
To keep the interior shiny (if you care), use acids like white vinegar or bar keeper friends.
To cook with it.
Use white vinegar or bar keepers friend (if you have access to it) to scrub the interior once in a while to keep it shiny (food tends to stick to stained pans more often than not)
I put mine in the dishwasher, but I only use eco-friendly detergents.
