Whipped cream from milk?

Can whipped cream be made from whole milk? I also have sugar, lemon juice and cream cheese if needed.

there is not enough fat content in regular milk. you could whip the cream cheese and thin it with milk, but that won't be quite the same.

You can make whipped...milk from evaporated milk provided the bowl, whisk and milk itself are all ice cold. It won't taste the same though.

You can't make whipped cream but you can whip a low fat milk into a thick foam with an immersion blender. The Bamix has a whipping blade that will whip skim milk so thick that you can turn the container upside down and the foam will stay in the container.
