Delicious Crepes and Coffee in Calgary

I stumbled upon this little gem while out riding the other day. It was fabulous and I had to share it. It is a small, clean, minimalist little cafe in a suburban mall in Woodbine (SW Calgary). They specialize in crepes but do sandwiches as well. What made them stand out for me was the quality of the ingredients and the care with which my food was made. I had the smoked salmon, boursin, caper and cucumber crepe which was delicious and crisp and filled with a generous helping of smoked salmon. I didn't try the dessert crepes, but noticed they used Olivier's chocolate, which I adore. I ordered a cafe au lait as well, made with Fratello coffee and that was really good.

We went just before closing so were the only people there. I can imagine that due to its small size it may get hard to get a table at times, but we had no problem. It is definitely worth a try if you are down in that area or have a hankering for crepes!

Funny, we will be flying out of Calgary in July and wanted to stop for a nice crepe breakfast on the way into the airport so this might be perfect. Can you post the name of the place so we can find it and see if its anywhere on the way. Thanks!

Sorry, can't believe I forgot to add the name! It is called The Flat. it is at 2525 Woodview Drive Southwest, just attached to the mall.
