Tips for Dining, Eating, and Food Shopping in DC/Baltimore and Suburban Virginia

National Harbor

I will be at the Gaylord Resort in National Harbor at the beginning of July (on business). I see from the directory that there are many restaurants in the area; I assume all within walking distance. I need help navigating which restaurants are worth going to and which should be avoided. Thanks.

  1. If you do a search of this board for National Harbor, you will find a number of recent threads on this topic. Your best bet for dinner at least, will be to leave that area and go to Old Town Alexandria by boat. A search will turn up a lot more info.

    2. Rosa Mexicano is great and a short walk from the Gaylord. Table-side guacamole, a lovely jicama salad, very cool decor.
