Humidity and candy-making?

I'm going to have some egg whites left after completing another recipe and was thinking about practicing some divinity. I know the golden rule is "don't make candy when it's humid". But I can't find a definitive humidity level as a cut-off. Can anyone give me an actual number? Thanks.
