Announced today...tickets to the "Carnivore's Dinner" are now on sale. Pretty awesome that Chef Drew and Chef Elliot of The Admiral fame will be the talent behind the scene for the inaugural dinner.

wow! thanks for the link! I think. I love the Admiral...but I'm not eating Nutria. uh huh. I don't care if they come and take my Chowhound card. I've eaten bloody duck hearts in France and I've eaten deer I shot myself and I've eaten anything a shushi chef is willing to let me have. But I draw the line at giant rat.
