what is good in the general Marda Loop area for moderate priced meal on a weekend night?

Pegasus is now in Marda loop area on 16th Street SW and 48th Avenue. It has some really good appetizers but some of the entrees aren't great. Rasoi on 33rd is modern Indian. IMO, it is above the moderate price point. I sampled some food from the TROP at a recent food event and it was quite good but I have not been in the restaurant since the reno. If you don't want to go out but want good take out check out forage, red tree and fresh kitchen.

Forage usually only has one or two hot items available but the food is always good, and the portions are huge. They use almost entirely local ingredients too.
