Hanger Steak

Is awesome. $5.99 a pound, and one of the best steaks I've ever made. Marinated in apple juice, soy sauce, onion, garlic, and a little sesame oil for a couple of hours. Grilled until nicely seared on the outside, medium/rare on the inside. Definitely my favorite grilling steak now.

  1. I'm eating as much as I can before it gets too trendy.

    1. Just recently had it for the first time (tho it's 14.99/lb. here...so not exacltly a deal >sigh<) in a Thai beef salad. OMG was it great. Can't wait to have it again & throw it on the grill.

      I had marinated it with soy sauce, rice vinegar, maggi, some garlic powder, and worcestershire. Yowzah.
