Restaurant name encoding

Now that I've changed the name of the restaurant, the page no longer loads.

Not much more to say about that.

At first glance this may be a problem with a special-character. Since I'm assuming it wasn't meant to be a question mark, what was the third letter supposed to be? I imagine an accented 'o' ?

Phở where the ở is double accented. Strange since it is a loan-word from French.

I've reverted the name to "Pho House" for now and that's made the page accessible again. I'll look into the matter further, but it's conceivable that ở cannot be encoded correctly for some reason. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
