Where to buy spicy harif sauce for falafel?

Can anyone suggest a place to pick up this stuff? I make falafel wraps at home and would love to add some of this spicy goodness without having to make it from scratch. Is this something Arax Market or one of the other Watertown markets might carry? Thanks.

thanks but I am looking for somewhere to buy in bulk and keep in my fridge. I do eat the falafel from Big Fresh about once a month and always ask for extra harif. That is exactly what I am looking for. There has to be somewhere to buy this. I searched on line as well and came up empty. Maybe my only choice is to ask a restaurant like Big Fresh to sell me some.

    2. Is schug the same thing? Sabra is making a prepared one now, but it has cumin in it, which I don't think belongs in it....I found a great recipe here, tho...I may have to make some now!

Thanks galleygirl. I have seen that recipe before and it looks great. But I was hoping to find it for sale somewhere already prepared. I have not see the Sabra schug at the market but I will look out for it.

I found it at Fresh Choice out in Framingham, but I'm sure all the places in town have it, too. I just never look at the hummus aisle!
I actually bought a jar, and it didn't seem to have as bright a flavor as I would have hoped, after looking at that recipe. Also, it had oil in it. Good for perishability, but again, not fresh enough tasting for me...

      2. Is Harif the same as harrisa? Its been a while since Ive been to arax or any of them on that block, but i've definately seen the canned harrissa. i think Ive seen it at russos too.... recently.
