sweet mangoes in their prime: ideas for mango salads and salsa recipes?

I've made some mango/avocado/cilantro/lime salads and salsas, as well as a mango/strawberry/mint/lime fruit salad.

What other mango salads or salsas do you like to make with ripe, sweet mangoes when they're at their prime?

oh oh oh, love a 3 layered crab salad w/ one layer as a chunky mango salsa, another layer is chunky guacamole another layer crab or shrimp or lobster........see my photos, I think it's there...something bout the sweet mango, creamy guac, etc

Mango, red onion, jalapeno , lime juice salsa

Thai-ish steak salad: lettuce, green onions, cilantro, red pepper (bell or hot) and mango with an Asian inspired dressing and then sliced grilled steak on top. I've made this with a simple fish sauce/lime juice dressing as well as with a soy/ginger dressing. Both work well.

My favourite is mango and red pepper salad. I add coriander, lime juice, a bit of honey. A few basil leaves are also good. Or mango and red pepper with chili flakes, minced ginger, lime juice & bit of sugar!
