Decent but not expensive near Walter Reade: Grand Sichuan 74?
We're seeing a film at Walter Reade (Lincoln Center) Sunday night and are looking, again, for a good restaurant but not too expensive, in the area. Don't want to spend much more than $25. pp. I looked at some suggestions-- I guess Shun Lee cafe might be a possibility, but it may be awfully crowded. I'm not a great fan of Ollie's, though location and prices are good. Was wondering about Grand Sichuan 74. Has anyone eaten there?
It doesn't have to be Chinese. But one of us is vegetarian, so not too meaty. Maybe someplace in upper 50's on 9th Ave.? Would like a place within a 10-block radius of B'way & 65 St. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Some ideas
Sushi A Go-Go 1900 Broadway between 63-64. Weather permitting, lovely to sit outside.
Rosa Mexicano 61 Columbus Ave. at 62nd--if you watch what you order could be within budget.

ABA Restaurant (fka Istanbul Cafe) seems to meet your requirements on price, vegetarian options and location. I keep meaning to go, but still haven't made it. 'hounds have given it positive reviews in the past (that's how it got on my "list")

re: Alan Henderson
I just checked out the reviews of this new branch on menupages and yelp, and there's general agreement that the service there is really terrible. Too bad-- I do like Indian food. The Lex. Ave. place got very good reviews; I will try to go there one day. Thanks for the suggestion.
