Chevys corn mixture??

I have been a big fan of the Corn mixture on the side of the plate at Chevy's. I have no idea what its called and hence am unable to find a recipe. Any help would be appreciated.

oh, sure. at chevy's they call it corn tomalito. we, however, know its real name... corn stuff. and we LOVE it!!! :)

Chevy's Fresh Mex Sweet Corn Tomalito! I loved this enough to track down a recipe too :) I verified this one with the restaurant cookbook:
