La Fachada - What Happened?

While I was away from San Diego, my beloved La Fachada lost its outdoor taco stand. Today, a man told us that he's rebuilding it in an new location in their parking lot (directly in front of the restaurant.) but he didn't sound all that convincing. He urged us to eat inside, and we did. The food and aguas were still good, but . . . we were so sad to have lost the brazier, grilling onions, and outdoor bean pot, not to mention the abuelito who peeled the green onions. Anyone know what's up?

IIRC the department of health told them their set up wasn't in compliance.
