Nicaraguan food anywhere in Central Florida or Tampa area?

I have been looking everywhere and still can't find anything.

I've been to Nica, and can't think of what specifically they have that's dissimilar from other Central American food, what dishes in particular are you looking for?

We primarily ate fresh fish and a whole pile of Toña or Flor de Caña :)

I don't know. It's not so much the dishes as it is the taste. I went to a few places in South Florida and just the flavors are different from other Central American foods.
