NorBaja

It only took him a whole career to discover what's right next door ;-)

    Hi DD,

I have enjoyed watching Rick Bayless' TV shows and have learned a lot from his cookbooks, but when I read that he has an apparent grudge with Bill Esparza (fellow Ghowhounder and blogger, streetgourmetla), I have to wonder.

I know I think that's crazy, Bill's blog rocks. But I wonder if RB really blocked Bill or if his "people" blocked him. Bill's been a terrifc proponent of the food of Baja, particularly at a time when most people (me included) were dissing it.

Thanks for the link, I love Gustavo and follow him on Facebook. He also speaks on a semi-regular basis at City College in SD if you ever want to hear him in person. He does some interesting posts on the food of Zacatecas
