We slow cook and high heat on our Green Egg.....barbecue on our Weber...and high heat on our Tec. Does a rotisserie on the barbecue offer anything to the above combo?
We pull out the rotisserie for all kinds of poultry and to make gyros.
We used to rotis on our charcoal grill but when we got our Big Green Egg we found that the food was better and moister just cooked on the Egg than on the rotis so we quit using it.
