Mustard coleslaw

I recently tasted some whole grain mustard coleslaw at a bar/restaurant called Waterfront ale house in Brooklyn, NY and thought it was the best tasting coleslaw I've ever tasted. It was sweet, tangy, light with good crunchness. It wasn't heavy like the ones with mayo only based.

nyone has a good whole mustard coleslaw?

This is very good. I think I skipped the pickle relish: http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/pa...

          finely shredded green cabbage

          finely chopped red onion

          grated carrot

          white wine vinegar

          sugar (just a little)

          whole-grain mustard

          sour cream

          salt and pepper to taste

I typically mix the dressing ingredients and do the taste test before applying it to the slaw. Ingredient amounts vary, depending on individual taste. But this will get you started on creating something you like.
