Where to buy brisket for smoking?

toro1998 Jun 6, 2011 09:12 AM

I recently got a smoker and am looking to smoke some brisket. I have looked at a local Fry's and the brisket they had was already trimmed of most of the fat. Do you guys have any suggestions for places to get an untrimmed piece of brisket around central Phx?
