Specific Denver recommendations wanted - please help!

I'm planning a six day Denver dining itinerary and am hoping for some updates from the Chow community. I tend to think the sweet spot for Denver restaurants is small, independent chef-driven places along the lines of Duo, Venue Bistro, Fruition, and Tables. We'll be hitting some or all of those spots on our trip, but I haven't been keeping up with new openings for the last year or two and I'm wondering if there are any new places that fit that profile we should be looking at.

Suggestions will be greatly appreciated, and I will reciprocate with a trip report! Thanks.

TAG, Bones, D Bar Desserts, Solera, Root Down just to name a few. Green Russell is a new bar located on Larimer Square behind a hidden entry in Wednesday's Pies.

Satchels on 6th opened recently and is a great space with really good food.
