I have to be in Bismarck for a few days for a conference. Whats good to eat there?

Do you have a price range or specific type of food in mind? Peacock Alley downtown has a great menu and a fun martini list. East 40 is a little more upscale with good steak and desserts. Pirogue Grille is more seasonal foods.

Other than that, it's your pretty basic chains. Applebees, Ground Round, Red Lobster etc. Of course, to me, I can never go wrong with some fries and gravy from Big Boy.

Yea I like Big Boys too. No I didn't have any price limits, just wanted to know what I could get there. Try to avoid chains when I can. I like to try local stuff. Thanks.
