CG Burgers now open in Kendall

Has anyone been to the Kendall location yet? CG's is much better than any 5 Guys and they have great onion rings, zucchini fries, and gelato shakes. They also have a coal fired pizza oven serving 10" pizzas.This is their 3rd location and soon to open a 4th in Coral Springs.

They've opened another location today on 441 in Parkland or Coral Springs, too. It's in the Turtle Run Shoppes shopping center about half a mile north of Sample on the west side of the street.

Nothing special. Burger was decent but underwhelmed. Fries were wimpy. Dark chocolate shake was very good but small (8 oz) for the price. $4.50. My bill was $18 for this meal and that's pricey considering that there really wasn't anything really special or distinctive about the meal. I didn't leave mad but I won't go back as this was a "no big deal" kind of place. Wish them well.

I tried the burger the other day...excellent! Fries were a little soggy, but the malt was A-OK. I was curious about the pizza, but didn't see it on the menu. The lamb burger sounded interesting. I agree the burgers are better than 5 Guys, but not the fries.
