One Hit Wonder Cookbooks
We all have a couple of those cookbooks that we picked up somewhere along the way, maybe at a cafe while traveling, or off the bargain table at a sale, & we were mighty glad we didn't pass it up. Maybe it was a fundraiser cookbook or some sort of centennial type publication. Anyway, why don't we list a few so maybe some of us can find our own copy? All cookbooks have a story to tell, let's pull up a chair & listen what the hounds have to say.

I absolutely have one of those! It is called The Joy of Grilling by Joe Famularo, published by Barron's. I got it as a freebie at one of the bookstores when I had enough points to get a $7.00 cookbook. Everything I have made from it has been wonderful! It is obviously focused on grilling, but there are recipes for sides that have not disappointed. Try it!

re: The Food Bee
Good for you Food Bee, I am going out there to look for my own copy before the others get ahead of me....I love to grill, this one has my name on it. Bang! There goes the screen door, I'm outta here,.oops, I forgot I don't have to run anywhere...I can search the net. I go plum crazy when I hear of an obscure cookbook that most of the world knows not of...especially when someone makes a comment about it like you just did.

re: The Food Bee
Food Bee, hush up while I see if I can find that book...I can feel someone sneaking up right behind me as soon as you posted that Grilled Pork Tenderloin menu. You will get too many people riled up...it is not a good thing when folks are running back & forth out there...all trying to get the same thing.
