Does anyone have a recipe for Quad Cities style pizza?
I was unaware that the Quad Cities lay claim to a particular style of pizza. Since I don't see myself in Davenport, Bettendorf, Rock Island, Moline or East Moline anytime soon, my kitchen will have to do. I've read that the sauce is a bit spicier than normal and the flour incorporates a malt mix.
Does anyone have a recipe? I've had no luck finding one online.

(Some problems with that one. I disagree with oven temperatures, suggestions for options and loading of toppings, but it's a start
