Scarpetta or D.O.C.G.?

Staying at Cosmo and was wondering which Italian restaurant was the better overall for food and atmosphere.

I have been to neither -- will be going to Scarpetta on my next stay, next week. I will say though that I went to L'Impero in NYC many times and the fricassee of mushrooms, spaghetti with tomato & basil and the capretto were delicious. All of those are only on the Scarpetta menu.
