I've got good things to say about Overseas Asian, Hawkers, and Skyway. Certainly Double Crown and the Fatties are good for more fusion-y Malaysian as well.
Spice Market veers a bit far enough into Pan-Southeast-Asian that I'd have a hard time including it on the list - good, but not terribly Malaysian beyond a couple items on the menu - and though obviously the cuisines are related and have some overlap, I think their Vietnamese and Thai influences are much more pronounced.

Loved Spice Market, but you are right. It's "pan" not authentic.

I vote for Nyonya, but have not been to everywhere on the list. I'm not a fatty crab fan. I think it's way overpriced and the dishes are hit or miss (the sliders I think are terrible - couldn't finish them). I think the overall best Malaysian in the area is Good Taste in Elmhurst but I guess we're not asking that.
