Looking for a BBQ smoker in Colorado Springs area
My father's 80th b-day is July 2nd. He loves bbq ribs so I need to find a smoker.
Anyone out there in ColoSpgs chowhound land who can rent me a smoker or give me some information where to find one would be much appreciated.
I am a chef and have smoked meats using a smaller home-style box. This party will have approx 80 guests.

I'm not a member but I do belong to the California equivalent. Here at home members do loan each other equipment for competitions and catering gigs, and hire each other for parties like yours. So I'd start with that group to see if they do the same or can give you some leads.
