Look up Restaurant Supply Stores and start calling -- there are two or three in the MSP but their hours are not always uniform.

If you live near Lake St in Minneapolis, I'd suggest checking out the larger Mercados that carry cooking supplies - I've seen huge ones that are used for making tamales at a very reasonable price. I'll try to stop by one today to double check.

HOckenbergs has a warehouse with retail off of 280. Should be no problem there. If you want something nicer, kitchen window would probably have it in calhoun square.

IKEA has a nice one - just shy of 6 gallon (11 qt) - $29.99

OOPS! Sorry, my bad. This is just shy of 3 gallons...... Would have deleted post, not sure how. Sorry!

Superior Outlet Center in Roseville has the Vollrath 24 qt in stock at $135.99-ask for Jeanne!

Yeah, I would go with the Mexican stores on East Lake or the Asian stores on South Nicollet.
