Butternut squash ravioli sauce
Just bought a couple packages of Trader Joe's butternut squash ravioli for dinner tonight. Any suggestions of some kind of sauce to make on top of it? Butter, olive oil? Thanks!

Back ups would be goat cheese based cream sauce of goat cheese combined with heavy cream (or half and half), chives and parm cheese grated into sauce. Or a marsala type cream sauce with sauted/browned onions chopped fine, heavy cream, marsala wine, and a hint of cinnamon or nutmeg sprinkled in (to accentuate the squash). Sprinkle Parm cheese on top.
I;ve done all 3 and they are very easy-peasy as long as ingredients are on hand.
