Restaurants serving a variety of wild game?

Any recommendations? A friend and I would like to try out some new meats, done well. TIA!

AR Valentien at The Lodge at Torrey Pines and El Bizcocho at the Rancho Bernardo Inn. However keep in mind, that wild game can be seasonal so plan accordingly and check the menu changes often.

Cavaillon is in the process of changing chefs/owners from Verpiand to von Euw and Verpiand is still there until the end of the month and might have a game special. So you might give them a call to see what they have on the menu.

Betrand's Mister A's used to have one wild game entree on it's menu, but it's been a couple of years since i've been there. Can't think of any place that has multiple wild game except Crazy Burger, but of course they only serve ground meat.
