Which Farmer's Feast menu at Blue Hill at Stone Barn

I finally got a reservation at Blue Hill at Stone Barn (Westchester) for my fiancee's birthday, but I'm not sure if we should go with the 5 or 8 course Farmer's Feast. Which is a better option? Obviously we'd get to try more courses with the 8 course, but I've ready a few online reviews that it's too much food. I want to get the best value for my money and am not sure if it's worth the difference in price. Any suggestions? I want to try as much as I can, but I don't want to leave disgustingly full.
