Where to Find Whole Roast Pig?

We are having a pig roast for a friend's 40th bday party.

Does anyone know where I could find a place that sells a cooked roast pig? I am looking for one around 20-30lbs.

Thanks for any help!

I'm pretty sure Corner 28 in Flushing does a whole roast suckling pig. They have a sign for it in their window.

If you want something closer to Manhattan and a bit more trendier try Fatty 'Cue in Williamsburg. They have whole roasted pig dinners on Sundays.

great idea. thanks. I had some fantastic roast pig at a place in Jackson heights too but I can't remember the name for the life of me.

do you have any suggestions on a place in Woodside? I am in Astoria so that would work very well.

and thanks for the heads up about Mooncake Foods. i will check that out as well.

renee's, engeline's, krystal's or iwahan, all along the same stretch of roos ave in woodside. i prefer engeline's or iwahan.

El Mundo in Corona is considered the best. It's a Grocery Store. The lines are around the block on the holidays. Lechon/Lechona/pernil....

I know its not in the outer boroughs, but Mooncake Foods (in Manhattan) does whole pig roasts.

Hsin Wong on Bayard St makes a very good whole roast suckling pig Southern Chinese style: crispy skin and everything. You would have to order 2-3 days in advance. No Chinese store or restaurant in Queens touches it, IMHO.
