Have a bunch of leftover almond milk from a guest. I have both sweetened and unsweetened. We don't particularly like the taste/texture of it for straight "milk" use ourselves. Any ideas of ways to use it up?

I think it's great for smoothies.
Just about any cookie recipe that calls for milk, pancakes or waffles, desserts (e.g. milk cake), pound cake, crepes, milkshakes .....
