Causeway Bay/Times Square area Hong Kong cafe breakfast

Looking for a place with HK style cafe food/breakfast with the sweetened condensed milk toast, milk teas, etc..

I noticed people recommending a place in Jordan but was hoping to find some choices around the Causeway Bay area?

There is a bunch on Lockhart and Jaffe Roads behind the SOGO dept store. 2 particularly well-advertised ones are Macau Cafe and Tsui Wah (there are 2 just within 5 mins of each other). As local as it gets.
