Dried pole beans???
I'm wondering if the bean from Kentucky Wonder pole bean pods is any good to cook and eat once the pod has dried on the vine. The "bean" is about the size of a small kidney bean.

Although I have grown them for many years and eat them fresh, this year I reviewed several sites discussing beans to evaluate what other variety to purchase and most of them said you could also use them for dried or shell beans. When they do dry out because I overlooked a stray pod, I just save the dried beans for planting next year.
