Business lunch near Bee Caves & 360?

I am traveling from San Antonio to Austin tomorrow to take clients out to lunch - there will be 6 of us total. Their office is near Bee Caves Road & 360. I want to go somewhere we will get great service, and preferably where I can make a reservation. Everyone will need to get back to the office and actually work the rest of the day, so while I don't want to rush, we need to be in and out within 1-1/2 hr. Cost isn't a factor, but it will be a mixed group of ranging from the receptionist to the boss, so I don't want to end up in a ladies-who-lunch place.
(For anyone familiar with San Antonio, if we were here I would probably take them to Paesanos or Paloma Blanca, so I'm looking for something along those lines.)

Try The Grove. I really like that place. Wine bar/Pizza/Pasta/Panini

Or head up 360 to Z'Tejas at the Arboretum at 360 and 183. It's about a 10 minute drive from Bee Caves.

The Lion & The Rose English pub takes reservations and has good food and lots of space. Think they even have a private room if you need it for a meeting.

For that area, Gumbo's is likely the best business lunch. Search for them here on chowhound, and look at their website. Could be pretty expensive if everyone gets apps and steaks.

Unfortunately, I don't think there are a lot of Chow worthy options right in that area. The only one that I can think of that is right there is The Grove Wine Bar and Kitchen. But, what usually makes that place nice is to sit outside under their huge pecan tree, and it is getting a bit warm for that...and if they are dressed for business may not be a good option. Inside is fine, but pretty casual and not necessarily known for amazing service. Not sure about the resrvation either. But good wine options and food can be decent, although often inconsistent. You can check the menu online.

Otherwise it is a lot of casual and chain fare in the area. If you want to travel a bit farther you can head West on Bee Caves out to the Galleria area and there may be some other choices (Buenos Aires Cafe possibly). Heading the other way there is Bistro 88...but at that point you are nearing downtown.

Others may offer up some better options...
