Sago??

I have a recipe that calls for Sago.
What could I substitute?

    If I had a recipe that called for Sago, i would put it to one side.

    I was beaten at school for not eating my tapioca pudding,

    and no, proff my retching was not faked.

      you can use instant tapioca or tapioca starch as a substitute for sago.

        Tapioca comes in the same forms as sago and is quite similar: starch, pearls, mini-pearls...
