Raku 10 vs 15 course Kaiseki

  • 2

I want to go to Raku for my Vegas trip in June. I've heard only wonderful things about it. I'll be eating out often. Going to é definitely, maybe Sage, TWIST, or Carnevino (for their riserva steaks).

Has anyone tried out both 10 and 15 course kaiseki? Is the 15 courser worth an extra $50 ($100 vs $150)? Can anybody comment on the differences?

Thanks in advance.

  1. Just got back from vegas, have the 15 course meal, becuse 2 of our party of 6 couldn't leave the tables and we had to upgrade. It was great, but a massive amount of food I don't know. I was a bit underwelmed by Sage. large party, picked some great bottles of wine, prix fixe was good, but the only outstanding dish was the bruleed fois gras. Lotus of Siam was amazing, my first time there.
