KAUAI Dinner

Sadly we have one last dinner in Kauai before returning to L A - we have been to Red Salt, Beach House, Tidepools and Danderos and Plantation. Looking for great fish and considering Merrimans or Roys. Any thoughts? In Poipu but don't mind driving

While there are some pretty big differences, you can get Roy's back home. I would opt for Peter Merriman's.

I have nothing against Chef Roy Yamaguchi's, and will be hosting a group locally in Phoenix on Wednesday at his Desert Ridge location.
