HELP!!! need high quality suggestion Westport, Stamford, New Canaan area open on Memorial Day

We are going to the Phillip Johnson Glass House in New Canaan CT this weekend and need a recommendation for a good quality restaurant with high quality locally sourced ingredients for lunch.
We will have a friend coming from Paris so we'd prefer to show her great American dining.

If at all possible, I'd love something on the water or with scenic views....I know I'm asking a lot.

Look into Splash in Wesport. It is at the Longshore Inn...on the water. Probably will be open for lunch on Memorial Day.. There is not much for high end on the water here in Fairfield County, but I think you will be pleased with Splash.
