NEED suggestion New Canaan, Westport, Stamford CT area

We are going to the Phillip Johnson Glass House in New Canaan CT this weekend and need a recommendation for a good quality restaurant with high quality locally sourced ingredients for lunch.
We will have a friend coming from Paris so we'd prefer to show her great American dining.

If at all possible, I'd love something on the water or with scenic views....I know I'm asking a lot.

Splash, its on the water in Westport.

It might be one of the few places open, but it does not have high quality locally sourced ingredients. However it is a pretty spot.

The Boathouse on the Saugatuck river in Westport would fit the bill nicely. The egg dishes are tremendous, in particular the scrambled egg with smoked trout and caviar app.

I don't think you are going to find anything that fits your bill open on a Monday for lunch in this area.
