I haven't heard anything good about the place. I'm not averse to molecular, modernist, call it what you will, but this place has my bullshit-meter going off the scale.

I think it would be more telling if they started using groupon after 6 months... using it in their first month is just a marketing tool and a way getting the word out

Well... just by looking at the name "Fibo - CUISINE NOVATRICE" we know it's the kind of place that will be closed in 6 months... They should have open that on Crescent.

no I don't think so; at least not to the extent of what one would expect; I would assume Europea and maybe Toqué have some elements of it, but they are not advertising themselves as is (and never did).

I think the only real "molecular" restaurant in the province that I've heard of and that is only recently is "La Tannière" (http://www.restaurantlataniere.com/sw...) just outside Quebec city.
