Trader Joe's Cocoa Powder

Does anyone know if it's dutch processed or natural cocoa? I can't find it anywhere on the package, and Trader Joes never got back to me about which kind it was.

Natural. 100% sure on this given the color, taste and frequency of use (of the natural stuff).

Thanks to you both! I figured after I posted that it was probably natural since it didn't say anything about alkali.

It's natural, at least from what I've seen. It doesn't say processed with Alkali anywhere on the package. Unfortunately, Dutch process cocoa for some reason has become harder and harder to find at grocery stores, really since Hershey's stopped making it's regular Dutch Process for Special Dark Cocoa...then the Special Dark, which is overprocessed, began disappearing from stores.

I noticed the same thing, Jason1, and have been buying Dutch processed cocoa at Penzeys.
