Going to Zahav Tomorrow... Whats good?

My first Zahav experience will be tomorrow night. I've been hearing great things for quite sometime and delayed trying it for long enough. The menu looks great and if I could I'd order about 75% of it.

So I'm looking for some help to narrow my choices down. I eat just about anything (the duck hearts are calling my name) so lay down any and all favorites. Thanks!

all good recommendations. if you have a sweet tooth at all, make sure to save room for dessert! the cardamom-vanilla custard really surprised me and was delightful.

the house smoked sable (mezze) is also divine. i say skip the brussels sprouts and artichoke. grilled duck hearts and bastilla are both awesome- if the duck hearts are calling your name, get them!

      Kibbe naya
      Fried cauliflower
      Crispy haloumi

I'd suggest you get the Ta'Yim tasting menu, that lets you taste the widest variety of things.

Personally I think most of the things at Zahav fall in the "pretty good" realm but if you ortder the Mesibah tasting menu you get what I would term as "out of this world" lamb shoulder in addition to items from most of the courses. Very much worth it and by far the best item in the menu. Other than that I second the haloumi cheese with the fig and the fried cauliflower recs.
