Top Chef Masters Season 3, Episode 8 (SPOILERS)

I am a failure! I missed the show entirely, again! But when did it air? Thoroughly confused. Watched the rerun of Episode 6 at 9:00 p.m. (i'm in San Francisco) - and was confused why that wasn't Episode 7 re-running - and then Episode 7 at 10:00, which I had expected to be Episode 8, the new one....and then nothing! Those annoying Horses of New Jersey came on! wot happened? See, this is why I would never claim or attempt to fill LW's pumps because I can't even catch the show at the right time! Please people, again, fill me in (and tell me where I went wrong?!)

The cooking has been subfar thus far, really never had a "Wow that looks awesome!" moment yet. The only reason I watch is for Hugh's wisecracks.

damn, I looked last night and it was reruns, then I saw this thread title and thought I somehow missed it!

It was just a couple of reruns last evening. We didn't miss anything.

But I'm beginning to think we're notmissing anything in the first place. This season has none of the panache of the first two.
