Romantic restaurant in between Times Square and Central Park

Looking for a romantic spot this weekend between Times Square and 72nd, and between Park Ave and 9th/Columbus Ave. The food doesn't necessarily have to be modern, just simple, good food is perfectly fine. Also:

* not loud
* $25 for main course
* good portion sizes

    It's a touch higher than your price point, but if you like Austrian food, Seasonal has a refined menu and is not as busy/loud as some of the more common go-tos in the area.

      You could try ViceVersa on 51st between 8th and 9th. Great italian food, soft lighting, not too loud. They also have a lovely garden area outside.

      Or, though it's more expensive than what you're looking for, Aureole is one of the most romantic spots in the city, and their tasting menus are refined and elegant, and it's worth the price tag.
