Where to find loose peppermint leaf for tea?

Anyone know where I can find bulk loose peppermint leaf for tea? I've been going to the Farmer's Market tea shop at Third and Fairfax but it's pretty pricy. Anywhere else in that general few mile radius to find the same for not an arm and a leg? Thanks!
